Our services are divided between the following categories

External Communications

We design a communications strategy aimed to achieve the business objectives of the client. This means defining messages and actions, as well as taking charge of the effective message delivery, especially in regard to the media, the management of which we also oversee.

Internal Communications

We develop a communications strategy aimed to an internal audience but aligned with external audiences and the company’s business objectives. We seek to improve the company’s internal climate, and therefore its competitiveness.

Crisis Management

By anticipating conflict scenarios, we propose a strategy to avoid them if possible, and to confront them whenever the crisis is already ongoing. If the reputation of the organization is threatened, we join the Contingency Committee, taking control of its communications with media and social media, if necessary.

Digital Communication

We devise a network strategy in line with corporate communication based on the understanding that digital communication is not synonymous with online advertising, and that both should be connected but treated differently, especially during a crisis. We also provide advisory support in building and maintaining websites.

Online and offline Monitoring

We follow-up on reports in both social networks and traditional media. We send daily reports and undertake quantitative and qualitative studies.

Public Affairs

We believe in the effectiveness of open and transparent relationships. As a result, we maintain that the best business representative for a company’s interests involving government relations is often the very same company, so we generally avoid intervening unless necessary. To support our clients’ relationships with officials and parliamentarians, we identify the stakeholders with whom they must interact, and then build a dialogue and undertake legislative monitoring, if necessary.

Relationships with communities

We participate in the design of a strategy and its implementation, and are an integral part of the responsible teams for communities.

Financial Communications

We support the process involved in public stock offerings, mergers, acquisitions and IPA’s by effectively managing external, internal and client-related communications.

Editions

We edit Sustainability Reports and Corporate Reports.

Spokesperson, Crisis and Context Analysis Workshops

We develop spokesperson training workshops in order to ensure effective communication with media and other stakeholders. We organize contextual analysis talks to help explain the background and setting of the organization.
